A dear friend of my husband’s suggested a book that he knew would inspire us. He was so right! Thank God we actually ordered a hard copy from Amazon because this one is a keeper and not a digital throw away read. RULES FOR MY UNBORN SON by Walker Lamond is an absolute treasure. Simple thoughts and sayings to help guide one throughout the journey of life as taught from a father to a son. These sayings would provide “rules” and “ideas” to help in raising an honest, hardworking, respectful son and human being. The author looked at the book as “a way to preserve the lessons my father had taught me and perhaps, add my spin on what makes a good man.”

“Stand up to bullies. You’ll only have to do it once.”

“Always stop at a lemonade stand. Tip well.”
