Sippers, be Keene with me! A new boutique that is classic yet affordable has hit my airwaves. Imagine that! A store where nothing is more than a $100 but with items that will stand the test of time in terms of quality and status as permanent wardrobe staples. Here are the deets: The first location is in Manhattan Beach with several more locations to open by September in Brentwood, Calabasas etc. As far as El Segundo seems, I am here to report that without traffic, it took 15 minute flat. Located next to J Crew, H&M, and LuLu Lemon, lose the kids, leave your day free, and empty your trunk. There will be lots of bags to hide from the husbands. Unlike other cheapy stores, the owners and buyers of Keene hail from the Big Apple where style is inherently more chic, classic, and timeless. ON trend, NOT trendy. Get the difference? In addition to spot on clothing, organized by color, the boutique is equipped with FAB jewelry, cool housewares and gift items. My shopping bags were filled but my credit card was not decimated. Who knows, one day I might be curating a Miss Lemonaid capsule.
